Position: Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative will be expected to uncover & generate interest in KOM Networks’ industry leading data storage & archive solutions to new and existing accounts while demonstrating the highest levels of integrity and professionalism. This is an entry-level position with a career path to senior sales and/or sales management.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Sell products.
• Lead Generation.
      • Plan and schedule calls.
      • Qualify and process contacts.
      • Clean up old leads.
• Assist Sales Individuals with Lead Generation.
      • Verify all contact information including address, phone numbers, e-mail addresses and website info.
• Complete all reports and surveys as required.
• Provide appropriate relative feedback to sales and marketing.
• Contact C-level decision maker in charge of data storage and send the appropriate information.
• Manage inbound inquiries and outbound calls.
• Other duties as required.
• Act proactively to create opportunities.
• Make calls to targeted accounts and demonstrate knowledge and confidence while interacting with C level prospects.
• Handle incoming sales calls from sales prospects.
• Conduct in person sales calls and web-based product presentations.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales goals.
• Maintain complete and accurate records.

• Effective time management skills

Education and Formal Training:
• College or University degree required. Data Archive & Storage experience a plus.

Experience:
• Prior telemarketing and/or sales experience is preferred.
