KOM Networks' support specialists will work with you ensuring products are installed properly. KOM Networks provides an optional onsite installation service that offers the following benefits:

• A cost effective installation and configuration for your hardware and software.

• Confidence of knowing the installation process will be handled by trained service specialists.

• Internal resources are not interrupted from normal business procedures.

However, the easy-to-install features of KOM's software require a minimal learning curve for system users. If you install the software yourself, upon completion of installation, contact us for a software activation key during our normal hours of operation (Monday thru Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST), at support@komnetworks.com.

Customers performing a product installation outside these hours are suggested to contact our technical support 24 hours in advance ensuring a technical support specialist is available.
