Installation Services

Remote Installations

A major feature of KOMpliance is the ease with which it can be installed. In fact, many of our customers, SME as well as Enterprise, have the in-house expertise to install and configure our products without requiring our assistance.

However, should you need us, our support specialists are available and will work with you to ensure that our products are installed and working properly in your unique environment.

For customers planning to perform a product installation outside these hours, we recommend contacting our technical support 24 hours in advance to ensure that a technical support specialist will be available to assist you.

Onsite Installations

If your IT resources are stretched, our support specialists are ready to work with you to coordinate a smooth, timely and affordable onsite installation. KOM's optional onsite installation service provides the following benefits:
